About Us:

WHO WE ARE:

The Veteran's Joint Task Force on Homelessness (Vets Task Force or VTF) is an Independent, Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) comprised of Veterans from all branches of the Military; Veterans, Veteran Spouses, Veteran Owned Businesses, and supportive Civilians.. No government representatives; and no power brokers.

This time let's keep it that way – just us.

WHO AM I:  Chairman; Veterans Joint Task Force on Homelessness

My name is Phillip Hadlock; I'm 68 years old; I hold a BA in Political Science - International Relations, and an MBA in Consumer Product Marketing & Finance.

I am also a Vietnam Era Veteran... Army: E-4 Specialist – MOS; 45B20 (I graduated #1 in my AIT at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland). I also went to POL School (Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants) in Augsburg, Germany and graduated #1 in my class again. In basic training I only qualified as a Marksman with my M-16, but I qualified as an Expert Grenadier (I played some baseball as a kid).

My dad was a WWII Army Airforce pilot; but he always landed too fast so they made him bombardier... so he dropped a bomb on a chicken coop in the mid-west during a practice run.  He did his best, and he loved his Country.

My mom; beautiful and talented met my dad while she was a singer in a USO Show for soldiers coming home from WWII.  Always a Red, White, and Blue - hard working kind of girl from Jefferson, Iowa.

I have had a 35+ year career as an MBA Business Consultant where I specialized in new business start-ups and Special Projects.  I built RAMS (Russian American Marketing Services) in Moscow, Russia between 1993 - 1996, just after the Soviets fell from power.  I also developed the FEED Project (Food Efficiency and Economic Development) for the UN between 1999 - 2001.
